The Mercedes-AMG GT R is a kids electric car based on the Mercedes-AMG GT R sport coupe — long bonnet, wide haunches and the AMG badge a child recognises from real-world track machines.
The seat is in eco-leather, with belts, the doors open like a real GT R and the steering wheel has buttons for melodies. Two gears and three speed modes let the speed grow with the rider — start slow, switch up when confident. The drivetrain is automatic: on pedal release, the car brakes automatically once the foot leaves the pedal. Headlights, taillights and dashboard LEDs round out the supercar look.
The parental remote covers the moments when the child loses focus. Best on smooth pavement and paved driveways.
